LOWER BACK
After rehabilitating a severe double disc herniation in 2013 myself, I developed a system that has helped dozens of athletes overcome pain and become stronger than ever.
BICEP TENDON RUPTURE
In 2019, at 36 years old, I ruptured my bicep tendon, pulling both heads off the bone. I implemented a strict return to play protocol and was performing weighted chin ups 13 weeks post-surgery. Don’t let this common injury hold you back.
